Damn its cold outside! I need to get a snow brush for my car, I woke up to it so iced over I had to sit in Tara's driveway for 15 minutes to get the ice off. I ran around scrubbing the windows with a sock I had in my backseat. I almost got frostbite I swear!!

Yesterday was fun, I ran to the store and grabbed a 12 pack and went to Taras. We started drinking too early and so then we went to bed early and now I'm up and home...I've been up for an hour and a half and its only SEVEN AM. Hot damn, I could be on a roll. Except I'm probably gonna go lay back down soon.  I'd like to go out and take some pictures of the sunrise but its too cold for me.

My goal for the day: I MUST get  to the bank and get rid of my checking account since they want to screw me hard if I don't.  Alrighty, have a good day everyone

So my weekend didn't go but a third of the way I had first thought, but I don't mind. Never made it to the birthday party on Friday, but did get to the Hotel to watch the Earthquakers. They charged SEVEN DOLLARS to get in. Which is ridiculous for this area. I felt bad cuz Jason said he'd pay at the door and I'd buy first drinks. Nowhere near equal. It all worked out in the end anyway. Except I feel bad for dissing Amanda on her birthday. I did buy her a shot after midnight Friday night though...seems fair enough.

So then we left a little bit early because my ass was dragging. I don't know what made me so tired all weekend, but thats why I didnt do anything last night. We went out to dinner at the usual bar, but it was packed like crazy. I think thats the first time I've been there and I had to wait to get a seat. So dinner was good, then we went up to Taras for an hour or so and came back here in hopes of staying awake to watch SNL. Definitely didn't happen. But I feel awake today. Jason finally got his car started today, too, so thats good. I dont think his car or fist could handle "meeting" again.

Well I think I'm off to call some friends and get outta here. The weather is great [ minus the temperature ] and I can drive my car!

 TGIF! Tonight is gonna be so much fun. Got invited to a birthday party, then I'm going to watch a good band. Its a little weird because I have no idea who the birthday girl is, I just know its my friend Amanda's friend. Then tomorrow is Amanda's birthday so I'll be going out tomorrow most likely with her in Erie. Its nice to have other plans rather than just NE, especially since the blowout with Beth. I really would rather not see her again. She should move back to wherever she came from. Yeah so anyway...Earthquakers...funny band. They dress up like amish and rock hard. Very entertaining. The bar is pretty small so its gonna be packed but it should be a good time.

So Jason's car wouldn't start today and I had to give him a ride home so he could get to work somehow. That sucks. It was just too cold last night I guess. I think it was around -15 or 20. Still won't start, I tried it a bit ago. Ehhh shitty. My car probably won't start either, but its been sitting around outside not being driven for a while now. I'm thinking about putting snow tires on my Camaro so I don't have to drive my mom's Durango all the time, cuz my dad's giving me sass. It sucks.

Today was really nice. My mom and I went out to dinner and a movie [ Meet the Fockers ]. That movie was hilarious and the Olive Garden was okay, too. I'm still feeling fat from eating. Saw a preview that looked funny - its called Wedding Crashers. It has Owen Wilson, Vince Vaughn and Christopher Walken in it. It -has- to be good.

Didn't do much else today. I was gonna go to my cousins basketball game, but it seems to not be going on anymore? I dunno. So the rest of my night consists of chilling out here at home. Renee wants me to go out in Corry but everyone else will be out in NE, and I don't know if I even feel like going out. This weekend is going to be fun, and I think if I go out tonight I won't really want to go out tomorrow.

Been having sleeping problems again lately. Some of it is due to my legs which have been hurting a lot again recently. Other than that I have no idea why I can't sleep.  Ehhh.

I may not be a princess, but you damn well better treat me like one...

Ha, I'm just kidding around. Beth finally said something to Jason last night about me. She said "I hate her, she thinks she's a princess and is better than everyone else." Woah. Is she for real? True, its not the first time someone has said this about me but I honestly don't see where its coming from. So those of you that really know me, explain this to me.  Those of you who don' tknow me all that well, venture a guess about this. I'm honestly curious.

I have genuine compassion for other people. I most certainly do not think I'm better than ANYONE, anywhere. I tend to get along with just about anybody. Maybe I'm overlooking something? It doesn't really bother me, and it definitely made me laugh, but if I've heard it more than once there must be something to it.

So besides saying that, she kicked him out. Darn, no more living on a futon in the tv room. Thats just too bad. Man that made my night. We drove right over to her apartment after leaving the bar and got all his stuff out. Hopefully he and Jeremy will get an apartment together like they talked about.

Caught up with Amanda last night [ the transplanted Staten Islander in Westfield ]. That was nice and she kept me company when Jason was playing darts and I didnt want to be in there because Beth just gives me dirty looks and says stupid shit to try to piss me off. She even took it out on Jeremy because he's my friend, thats really f'ed up. We go so far back, I'm glad he didn't back down to her.

I've never heard of this googlewhacking sport...very interesting. I may have to give it a go.

So I laid around ALL weekend and accomplished nothing. Well I guess I can't quite say that. I did clean my room some yesterday. Needs some more work [ a lot more ]. Ate some delicious food, had a good Friday night out, and watched Catwoman. I really didn't want to see Catwoman but now that I have, it really wasn't bad.

I was supposed to do some family portraits yesterday but the weather decided that it wasn't the day for it. They said we were going to get dumped with a massive amount of snow, but it really wasn't all that bad.  Cold though. Something around -6 last time I had looked.

Figured out what I want for my bday from my parents. A portable Sirius player. I'm in love with Octane, channel 20 I think it is. And I'd like to have Sirius in my room/car, too. As of right now my dads just got it set up in his cars and in the garage. Should definitely put one in the Durango for the winter since the cars don't get driven.

I don't know who to cheer for as far as the AFC goes today...I really don't like the Steelers or the Patriots, but I'm pretty sure I'm gonna root for New England. I absolutely can't stand the Steelers or their fans...yeah I'm holding a grudge because of the game I went to.

I'm happy and healthy today  

Yesterday went well. Ate dinner at a restaurant a few towns over. Sooooo good, but a bit expensive. Won't be going back there for a while.  Stayed at this place that was nice, but not worth the price. And woke up to NO WATER. So uncool. Especially since I had to go and get my hair cut and meet my mom for Bob Evans. Note to anyone who saw me: I looked homely for a reason, dammit! :)

So there is so much for me to do right now and I'm not doing any of it. I'm thinking of napping and maybe playing a computer game before my dad comes home to kick me off his computer. I really really really need to clean my room and do some photo stuff. I plan on staying in tonight and relaxing, so maybe I'll clean then.

The pot pie went good. Everyone who ate it is still alive. Last night was kind of fun at the tavern. Last night with Mark, Alex admitted he was giving up on his hairdresser, and it was nice just bullshitting with my friends. Negative thing about last night -- my dad called me FAT. Awesome. I needed to hear that.

So anyway, tonight should be good. Just going to get pizza, and staying in and watching movies. Not going out because tomorrow is Jason's bday dinner at his grandmas. Homemade CHICKEN N BISCUITS beyatch!! I'm soooo excited. Out of my mind with excitement.

 Turns out I got stood up last night. Sort of. I met up with my friends after watching the dvd with Mark & Alex. Well those two didn't show up like they were suppposed to, after dinner. Alex was too busy drooling over a girl. Not that there is anything wrong with drooling over someone. But when it lasts for months and you do NOTHING to take the next stop...thats just annoying. You are without a doubt wasting time, whether the other person says yes or no. If they don't know you like them they could hook up with someone else, there goes your chance. Or if you ask and they say yes, you could be snuggling and whatnot a whole lot sooner. And if they say no, so be it. You move on and quit wasting your time on someone who doesn't want you to waste it on them anyway. Whew...enough of that! But really, I just want everyone to be happy, so ball up and ask out!

Other than that, I had a pretty fun night out. Darts, beer and friends. Caught up with Stace last night. Well today was a waste, but I had fun. Slept til 10 or so, laid around for an hour. Got up went to lunch with Mark and Alex, came home and was lazy some more. Played Sims2, watched tv and thats about it so far. M&A are coming over in about an hour to watch SNL's best of Christopher Walken and then we are all going out.

First I have to run some liquor to Jeremy  at the truck stop and then  meet up with everyone at  the Vine.  I can't stop being hungry. I want more food. Now. Whats wrong with me? Mom got back from her test today and my dad said everything seemed to go well. So I think she's all done with this test crap. Now she has to go get her carpal tunnel taken care of. Damn.

I'm writing really randomly about stupid crap and the electricity keeps going out for some reason?? So I guess I'm gonna get off this thing.

 I dreamt about my friend who died a year and a half ago. It was really nice to see his face again. I love dreams.

Other than that last night sucked because I slept like crap. I was so tired so I laid down at 10. And laid there, and laid there. I think I was almost asleep or was asleep when Stacey called at 11. So I continued to lay there and try not to think about everything. Got back up at midnight. Got some water, checked email and went back to bed. I stayed up until Samuel L Jackson was done on Conan. I like him a lot, he's really funny, as is Conan, my favorite late nighter.

Hopefully I get some stuff accomplished today. There's so much I need to get to. So I guess I am off for now to try to get things done and to play with my nephew a little bit. Have a good hump day y'all!

 Hmm. What to type today? Well, I'm sober and for the 256th time I'm vowing not to drink so much liquor ever again. It wasn't all that harrowing an experience but I hate feeling worthlessly sloth-like the next day. I could have definitely used more sleep last night.

I was all about getting my life back on track, too. There goes that. But it was fun. And I'm entitled to do stupid things every so often. I'm just trying to cut back the Monday night going out. Its hard cuz Mark is home for a month and its good to go out and see him. So yesterday was his last Monday here so now I don't have that excuse to go out next week.

Oh yeah. Next Monday is Jason's birthday. I have an idea of what to do/get him, but any suggestions will be listened to. But after that there will be no reason to do anything on a Monday night besides movie nights at my house again.

Man I am starving. I dunno what I want to eat. There isn't much here right now. Luckily mom is out getting groceries as I type! I guess I'm off to scrounge up something to hold me over.

 so i've been drinking. probably not the best time to type. but i'm gonna. at least a lil bit. Started out the night at my friend tara's. then i went to my usual bar. then i went to some "party"...def ""'s used there. Some kid was like 'wanna come to a party?' me and my friend Jeremy are like, yeah why not. So much for a party, there was 4 kids there before we got there. left after a beer. went to Jeremy's. Sat on the road by his house for an hour and  half at least. Took him home. Now here I am eating kettlecorn popcorn and typing.

not an exciting evening, but not bad. i'm breaking my 'no eat after eleven rule' but i'm so f'n hungry!!! probably because i stayed up waaaay too late. i'd been doing so well on the in bed before eleven thing. didnt mean i was sleeping but i was at least where i should be when i should be.

 Just got back from watching White Noise. It was a pretty good movie, not something I would watch again, but one I would recommend. I really just needed to chill out today and be lazy, but it doesn't feel like I've done any relaxing. Not that I've been doing a whole lot to tire me out this weekend.

Friday was a lot of fun. First time I had fun out in a while it seems. Started out at the jayvee basketball game to watch my cousin play ball. Then out to dinner & darts with Mark, Alex, and two of Alex's friends. Then met up with a bunch of friends and an old high school teacher in North East. I actually danced even. Its been a while since I've danced with anyone so I was glad to get a couple people out there with me.

Yesterday was my mom's side of the family Christmas party. It went pretty well. The kids didn't totally annoy the hell out of me. I drank some beer, caught up with relatives and hung out with Jason. My brother seems to like me hanging out with him quite a bit. I'm surprised, seeing how they were friends since school.

So that wraps up my weekend I guess. Nothing too exciting, but a decent one. Oh and I got my money from that woman buying a print. Now I gotta mail it out to her tomorrow. And I joined a stock agency. Just have to fill out the paperwork, burn a cd, and send it in and see what happens.

 So tomorrow White Noise comes out in theatres. I'm so! excited, but I think its gonna scare the crap outta me. I just checked out the link that it gives at the end of the trailer www.aaevp.com ; if you go to examples and then to Karen Mossey...those are the two creepiest ones without a doubt! So I'm sitting alone in my house, creeped out. I hate that. As long as I don't sleep alone after seeing that movie. I'm such a wuss!! :D  I'll be really upset if its like The Grudge in that it looked like it would be scary and then it was just a big joke, really.

Oh yeah, its been confirmed, the lady who is interested in my dentist picture [ http://potd.motime.com ] is going to buy an 11x14! How exciting. Now I have to figure out the best way to ship it. Any suggestions from my Hallmarkers? or anyone else for that matter?

My poor mother is off to the second to last test. I think its called a scope test but I dunno. They are sticking a camera down her throat to see into her stomach and all of that. Hopefully it is what they think it is, because it wouldn't be so bad to treat. Something about the flap where the stomach and the food tube [ why can't I remember what its called?? Starts with an e ] meet might not be closing like its supposed to.

Mmm I slept so good last night. I'm feeling all sorts of peppy and awake. Everything is good minus my calves. I got that Yourself!Fitness for the Xbox for Christmas and I tried it out yesterday. I know I'm in bad shape when my legs hurt from doing jumping jacks for two minutes. I just don't know if its because of the lack of space affected my jumping or if I really am in that poor of shape.

Oh well. As long as I'm moving I should be good, except for this ridiculous pain in my lower right abdomen. After working out my heart was pounding, blood flowing...then I coughed. And it HURT so freakin' bad. I don't know what it is. Its been bothering me for a little while now :(  That and the same sort of spot on my back. My backs been bothering me since the end of June, I was hoping it would go away. I don't recall when the front started hurting, maybe a month or two ago?

It seems the wintry weather is upon us yet again. It also appears that it will be leaving us just about as soon as it came. I hate icy roads. Two tractor trailers in two days have gotten into accidents on the main highway around here. Stopping traffic, spilling diesel. Luckily nobody has gotten hurt from what I've heard so far.

Life is pretty good right now. I just feel somewhat content right now. Maybe its because I'm lounging around in my pajamas in a warm house. I dunno. Last night Stace came over and we did Sex and the City Season 2 night. It went well, got through 12 episodes, 6 hours of it. Our problem is we start so late, she was here until 4 am. Had we started earlier maybe we could have made it through the entire second season. Hmm...damn thats so lazy of us.

Went shopping yesterday, good sales goin on, ya know? Used up two of my gift cards and part of the third. Its so awesome to go up to buy a pair of 50 dollar jeans and they tell you the total is 19.99. Excellent. I bought a watch which I so desperately need. Now I have to get off my ass and get it to a store that'll take some links out of it. I was thinking that my $50.00 gift card to victoria's secret was going to go to one bra but its semi-annual sale!! and I got a whole lot more than that.

I still haven't sent out Christmas presents to my Hallmarkers. Thats so pathetic. I think the real problem is, I've wrapped them, but now I have to find boxes that the boxes fit in and I'm too lazy to attempt it. Its really sad.

Tonight is movie night, on the table we have Little Black Book vs. Harold and Kumar Go to White Castle. Hopefully they are both good. Last movie night was a mini success. We made s'mores and watched The Manchurian Candidate. I only say mini success because I did fall asleep during some of it. But hey, a girl can get tired. Like right now...I'm tired of writing.

oh what a sad, sad day in Buffalo. It really sucks that they fell apart in the biggest game of the season. Heather -- if they would have won today, they'd be going to the playoffs. Alas, they lost and are now on vacation. Sucks. A lot. Luckily the rain held off. But nothing could save me from the most annoying Steelers fans in the world who were sitting in front of me. Grrr. Them and their stupid "terrible towels" irritated the hell out of me. Oh well...I just hope the Bills play next year, how they played the last part of the season - minus today, of course.

Beyond football...I decided to make a resolution. Its kind of a two-parter.

     A ) To be happy with my body the way it is. [ No more trash talking the belly... ]

     B ) To treat it better by thinning down my middle. [ Just getting it pretty again. ]

This should work out pretty well. But I need to get started while I still have a chance of losing it. Less eating, more water are two of my goals to achieve part B of my resolution. Part A right now mainly consists of:

    - no more saying that I'm fat,

    - getting on the scales a lot less,

    - taking compliments that I get seriously, not just as people lying, trying to be nice,

    - staying positive about how part B is going.

I figured picking just one goal is probably the best way to succeed at it, rather than having 3, which is all I think I could come up with anyway.

I guess I've said enough. I should probably go make some food since I haven't eaten much today. G'nite everyone!
