After experiencing a pretty crappy 24th birthday I came to a conclusion why it could have been better but wasn't. And it wasn't really all that crappy at all, just the fact that I have no friends made it so. Spending the time with my family and Jason was great but I didn't have ANYONE celebrate it with me besides that. My "best friend" didn't even make it to the bar by 10:30 to see me. Now, I need to clarify the 'no friends' thing. I have some great friends all across the US really, but I don't have anyone to hang out with within a 30 mile radius, maybe more, I would say. Almost all of my high school friends have moved away, and those that haven't live in bars, which I prefer to be sober and am therefore deemed as 'no fun anymore'. Its so lame. And its hard to find friends at this point in my life it seems. Everyone already has their circle of friends. Well, my circle has broken and scattered all over the place, is it too much to ask for a good girlfriend? One to go to movies with, or breakfast, or someone just to have a decent conversation with...I guess maybe it is.

Here it is: what will be my new love in the next few days...




A super tiny, carry with me ANYWHERE camera! I can't wait. Finally I won't have to lug my heavier SLR cameras around for personal/fun photos. Its a 6 megapixel so its as good as I need for an on the go camera. I can't wait!! It should be here sometime next week probably and its an early birthday present from my mom :)  So excited!
